Is the one on the right a nuclear mushroom cloud with a face in it? Totally agree with Nic. That said, I never liked any of those american thrash bands and never had the slightest bit of interest in or contact with any of the hardcore scene so it means nothing to me.

Funeral Oration was a melodic hardcore punk band from Amsterdam, Netherlands. They were active from —83 until the end of the s, putting out highly influential records on Dutch, German, British and American labels. Their singer was Peter Zirschky.

In the annals of Hardcore Punk history Philadelphia usually gets the short end of the stick but this was my scene and I can tell you it was one of the best in the country at that time. Being located between New York City and Washington DC made it easy for most touring bands to stop there and most of them did. It was a fun and friendly scene.
When I heard this it reminded me exactly why I fell in love with hardcore. Colcor : May be the least interesting band on here but the drum intro to Nervous Wreck is priceless plus a couple of other tunes. No Labels are great in a small dose. No Rock Stars : My favourite band on here.
